The Central Region incorporates three (3) North Country locations. Lake Placid houses the Olympic Center’s 1980 Herb Brooks Arena, the 1932 Jack Shea Arena and the James C. Sheffield Speed Skating Oval; Saranac Lake is home to the Saranac Lake Civic Center; and Wilmington, where you will find Whiteface Mountain.

The Western Region is located in Canton and Potsdam, NY, approximately 57 miles (91.7 km) from Lake Placid. SUNY Canton and Clarkson University, in Canton, will host the Men’s Ice Hockey preliminary rounds. SUNY Potsdam, in Potsdam, will host both Men’s and Women’s Ice Hockey preliminary rounds.
